Hey! I'm moving to Canada from the UK in March and I'll be staying with a friend for a month while I settle in. Ideally I would like to live in Vancouver. It would be good to find someone similar who would like to look for a place to rent together. I'm 34 and mature/sensible but also like being sociable.

Ideally, I would need either a 6 month commitment or month to month - I would prefer not to sign another 12 month lease.

I'm a chill person and very clean and tidy to live with, and I'm respectful of roommates' schedules and shared spaces. Moving from the UK I don't really know anyone, so it would be nice to live with someone who would also be up for hanging out from time to time!

Budget is flexible. Socially I like the occasional chill drink, jogging, hiking, and film.

One thing to mention I'm also queer - it would be a bonus if I could find another queer female roommate to go to events, etc. with every now and then.

I'm allergic to dogs sadly, so I wouldn't be able to live with any dogs, but I love cats and would love to live with a cat!
