Hello,

I just moved to the Washington DC area from San Francisco to start a new job I was offered. I'm 26 y/o guy with a double degree in Physics and Computer Science. I plan to go to grad school shortly, but for now I'm just working + doing an online certificate for Artificial Intelligence at Berkeley.

I'm looking for one or more roommates to live with as I'm new to the city and only know a few people out here who already have living situations.

Little about me. Born and raised in California, San Francisco.
Career focused but not the "I'm too busy to talk to you" type that I've been told is DC's style.

I'm looking to rent a place between ~$ 1500-2100. Together we could get a sweet place for a very reasonable price. My preference is somewhere in the city "where it's happening".

I would like a roommate who can occasionally hang out and do social things. Not really looking for someone that sits in their room all day and whom I would barely know.

I'm starting up Tennis again ~ but I'm very sporty, running/gym/soccer/swimming etc.

Also, I am American but I do speak Italian and French.
