I live in a very old brownstone building in Baltimore City that has been broken into apartments. I'm working part time jobs to support an art practice that is currently being run out my living room.
I'm pretty quiet, I think I'm easy to get along with. During the day I work for the public library and teach drawing. In the evenings I work as an usher for the symphony orchestra. When I'm not at work I draw. It takes up space in the living room- sorry. Its one of the reason the room is such a good price. I am always very careful to use non toxic materials in the house.
I don't smoke or have any pets.

The building is a very beautiful historic brown stone that has been broken into apartments.
The bedroom being rented has two large windows, a high ceiling, a hard wood floor, and a built in fireplace and mantle piece. (the fire place is not in use but it is lovely, I had a past roommate use it as a head board to her bed.) The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020. We have a full kitchen complete with microwave, oven, stove top, etc...
This is the kicker, I have an art practice that is set up in the living space. It's one of the reasons the rent is so good. there is no living room - it is my studio.
