Seeking 2 roommates to fill 2 bedrooms in a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in Hyde Park :) Rooms are spacious with great natural light, closet, hardwood floors. Bottom floor of a triple-decker. Located on a residential street with a park nearby and very close to commuter rail. 2 porches, backyard, laundry in-unit, easy and free parking. Shared living room, also with tons of natural light. No smoking inside, no hard drugs (weed only), alcohol within moderation ok but no excessive drinking in the apartment. Visitors ok but no long-term stays. Respectful noise levels esp in evenings. I am against oppression of all kinds and it is imperative that my housemates are too. Strong credit and work history needed. Please reach out with any questions!
