-Big kitchen with lots of counter space

-Quiet, well-maintained building, with gym, pool, workspaces, additional amenities
-Den can be set up as a shared office or flex space — open to discussion
Bedrooms:
-One bedroom has an en-suite bath and walk-in closet
-The other bedroom has a nearby full bathroom
-Rooms are similar in size; we can decide together what feels fairest
Rent & setup:
-Rent split will be fair and reasonable based on room choice
-Den use is flexible — I’m open to sharing or one person using it as an office
