Hi everyone!
I am looking for a roomate to sublease a room in my park slope / Windsor terrace 2 bedroom from October (flexible move in date) through July 2025 with option to extend.
It’s a 5 min walk to prospect park and the F/G trains and in a very quiet family oriented neighborhood that is very old school Brooklyn feel!!
I am from nyc originally and am a manager at a family owned restaurant down the block and am a singer/songwriter who travels a lot to LA and Nashville. I am super close with my family who I visit a lot. I enjoy walking to the park, coffee shops and journaling, working out (Pilates/yoga), going to wine and cocktail bars, escaping to the beach or Pennsylvania, and relaxing since my job is physically demaning. I love to socialize but also love time to myself to reset. I am definitely a slight neat freak as well so would love someone who keeps things tidy!!
I do have a sweet, loving, friendly, very very cuddly 6 year old chocolate Labrador retriever so being comfortable around dogs and being okay with him giving major love to you is a must haha
The space is unique in that it has a loft that would be my bedroom and then a private high ceiling room which would be yours. Rent is 2450 all together so 1225 for the room, heat and hot water included. There is also a community garden out front you can use-
