Hi - I'm returning to NYC after spending a year working abroad in South Africa; prior to this past year, I lived in NYC for 8 years, including undergrad at NYU. (So I'm adjusted to the city and won't need any hand-holding.) I'm returning to NYC the morning of September 23rd, so I'm hoping to find somewhere for a long-term lease beginning end of September or October 1st... also open to 6 month leases.

Ideally looking for something in either East Village, LES, or Gramercy, but also open to Williamsburg.

I'm a working professional in strategy consulting - office in financial district Manhattan. Love running, wine, video games (Nintendo Switch ftw), and Thai food. I'm a very tidy person and balance of introvert/extrovert mix.

Max budget is $1,600/month (not including electricity/internet), but hoping to find something closer to $1,400/month.
