Yu A - $1,500/month

Hello! My friend Meena and I are looking for a roommate to go in on a three bedroom in Brooklyn with us--we're looking at apartments around Prospect Park: Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill, Downtown Brooklyn, Crown Heights, potentially Greenpoint, Williamsburg, or LIC.

I have two sweet rabbits who are cage-free (happy to keep them in my room if it's large enough, but would also love to keep them in a shared space)--they mostly stick to themselves and stay out of the way, but also like getting petted and fed snacks.

Meena and I are both very respectful, mostly quiet roommates--we both like having people over, including people visiting from out of town. We both cook and bake at least once a week, and are very clean. I like to deep clean once a week, or at the very least every other week.

We'd love to find an easy-going roommate! Our total budget would depend on yours--Meena's maximum is $1,500 and mine is $1,000 (I would take the smallest room--and bake y'all all the cookies!!). We're looking for the nicest apartments we can get for the price--our priorities, ranked would probably be: nice/convenience location, renovated/well-kept space, large-ish rooms, laundry at least in building, central air if at all possible.
