I'm moving to the Manhattan in August as an incoming Grad Student at NYU. I'm originally from Philadelphia but have been living in Los Angeles for the last 8 years. Looking for 1-2 roommates in Lower Manhattan.

I'm definitely friendly and social, but wouldn't say I'm a big partier. I'll probably be in my room most nights of the week doing work and be out during weekend nights. I don't mind if you have guests over on week nights, but please be willing to keep the noise down to a reasonable level so that I can focus.

I like having a good time but I'm rarely ever drunk and definitely never disruptive. I like going out to bars, seeing movies, and grabbing dinner with friends.

In addition to school, I also work as a Portrait and Commercial Photographer. I prefer living with creative people. 420 friendly preferred.

I don't mind a messy roommate, as long as the messiness is kept in their personal space. I want a shared living space that is well-cared for by everybody.
