Looking for a roommate to occupy two unfurnished rooms with access to a semi-private bathroom in a single family house in North Denver. The rest of the shared spaces is furnished, which includes a refrigerator for yourself, shared office setup, and a sunroom. There is easy access to highway 36 and I-25, plus a bus stop nearby. All utilities are included in the rent.

I am a 31 year old male and I work a 9-5 job in Boulder M-F. In my free time I go to the gym, play video games, tennis, and go Latin dancing. I consider myself to be respectful of others and I'll use the kitchen once a week to meal prep.

Flexibility to move in date is flexible as well.
