My writing is for fun, as well as to help teach folks skills that I've learned over time.

My disability is ehlers danlos. roughly, my version of it, the tendons and ligaments aren't built of the best stuff, and can snap. I do my best to keep my muscles happy, (good warmth in the winter, and a good cool down in the summer) and strong enough, and give them rest/down days in the middle. That helps me live a good life.

I like to swim. I have a couple of video game systems (PS2 and SNES) and I'm happy to share.
