I am renting 2 rooms with a shared bathroom in my beautiful 2000 square foot end unit townhome built in 2020 in the Avion Denver Community! The house is a spacious end unit with lots of natural light, walk in closet space and front row views of the sunrise! ☀️

The townhome is modern with high ceilings, a gorgeous kitchen and island, washer and dryer and even a home gym in my garage (includes treadmill, rower strength machine, weights)! There is plenty of on street parking and even a neighborhood pool and hot tub! Your room can be Furnished or Unfurnished. There are 2 rooms available.

Centrally located on Memphis St, just 15 mins to downtown and 10 minutes to Denver International Airport and walking distance to Costco! My ideal roommate is mature, considerate, respectful, responsible, clean, non-smoker and someone who preferably works full time and is not only a roommate, but a friend as well. I really want to find the right fit. LGBTQ friendly 🌈.

No couples please. Rent is $1000 per month, all utilities included. Requirements are: $600 security deposit, and 1 month rent up front.
