I work in the neighborhood during the weekends. I am usually kept to myself when at home watching tv, if I’m not out and about being active. I have a dog that’s 11 years old 55 lbs. Looking for roommate to share 3 bedroom house in heart of desirable Sellwood - Moreland neighborhood (SE PDX). Great walkable area close to shops, restaurants, parks, public transit and more.
Bedroom is approx 150sq ft, plus closet, and designated bathroom.
House has off street parking, attached 2 car garage, washer & dryer, dishwasher. 3rd bedroom used for shared guest &/or storage space. Common spaces include kitchen, living room, dining area, 3rd bedroom, garage, and outside spaces (front and small back yard). One pet considered w/ prior approval.
