Hello! My name is madysen, I go by she/her and am 25. I have one other roommate, Nicole who goes by she/her and she is 24. We are looking to add someone to our lovely home by December 1st, which is when the lease starts. Rent is $699 a month alongside electric, gas and wifi which price varies month to month. The house is located in SE Portland near Foster/Woodstock. 2 story, 3 bed, 2 bath (shared) house with garage and yard. The room available is on the downstairs floor, a tad tinier than the other rooms in the house but past roommates have had no trouble making it a great space for themselves. It has a spacious closet and we also use the garage for storage. Free street parking. Close to a park, night life, restaurants, cute shops, the freeway and bus stops. No pets, as we already have two (one cat and one dog). We both enjoy movie and wine nights, thrifting, music, socializing with friends whether that be going out or having game nights at home. We both work during the week, so alone time and respect for others during the week is a big one for us. Looking for someone outgoing, fun, kind and clean to join our home. We want someone who is not only a roommate but we can also call a friend.
