Early 30s female, Indian American, working professional, no pets. Looking for a peaceful and affordable home in the Long Beach / Huntington Beach areas with COVID responsible roommate(s).

I'm originally from the South, still exploring LB / LA / California in general. I enjoy cooking and reading (and really miss travel). I'm friendly but quiet, clean but not uptight. I don't have pets but I love animals, and would especially love to be neighbors / roommates with a friendly dog. My work hours are typically 9-5 and M-F.

I'm also interested in teaming up (preferably female roommate) for a 1-year (or longer) lease; I'm particularly interested in looking at 2bd/2ba places with in-unit laundry, and rent $1300 or less per person. If that seems like it might be a good fit, please get in touch.
