Been in LA for almost 2 years now, ready to move in a bigger, better place that is right for me! In LA for several reasons like many expats. I like my environment to be quite specific and well suited to my needs.. :)
I am pretty health conscious as well as try to lead a zero-waste earth friendly lifestyle. It would be nice if you cared about this as well to some degree.
I require Lots of space, need my own bathroom, low or inclusive utilities & parking spot ect. Looking for a roomie who is very tidy, considerate and on the quiet side. Prefer another non-smoker/non-drinker but if you do so occasionally then no big deal.
When at home I am more so introverted and like my personal space, but I am open to people always as long as the respect is there! Looking for roomie who is AT LEAST 24-40 (no exceptions) . Females only. Thank you.
