Anna R - $1,300/month

Hello, I’m Anna, 24F! I currently live in Mckinney and recently got a new job on the eastern side of the dallas area and am looking to move closer to work. I cannot afford to live alone so i really need a roommate! I am typically gone M-F for work 8am-5pm. I am a social butterfly so ill probably be out most weekends too! I’ve had both male and female roommates in the past before and have never been evicted or had any roommate problems in general. I’m a pretty clean person in general, I cant say my own personal space is always clean like my room/bathroom, but for the most part, im pretty diligent about keeping up with dishes and maintain cleanliness of common areas quite well. I’m not a total neat freak though, so i wont be mad if my roommate isn’t as clean of a person i am (remember ive had male roommates before lol). I’m pretty laid back, i dont mind smoking as long as its outside! I smoke occasionally, mostly just social so usually when im out rather than at home. I do not have pets but I LOVE animals and wouldn’t mind having some furry friends in the apartment! I’m super friendly and easy going, i tend to mind my own business and im not super loud. I do like to have music playing almost constantly but i have headphones if this is going to be an issue. In conclusion, super easy going and just really want to save some money!
