I'm a respectful, quiet, single professional working in construction project management. I have been living by myself for three years in LA, so I do have living/dining furniture (mid-century modern). I'm looking to find a luxury apartment with all the amenities available on the West Side (Culver City, SM, Playas, etc). I have a small chihuahua named Lola who is crate-trained for when I'm not home, and it's not an issue if you have a pet as well! I typically wake up at 5:30 am M-F for the gym and work. I enjoy cooking (and sharing what I cook), photography, camping, running, and writing. 420 friendly (within reason) though this is not a necessity for me. I don't play any instruments but wouldn't mind if you did. Also friends/partners/family are just a part of life, and we should both have the freedom for them to be part of our home (again within reason). My must-haves in a home include washer/dryer, parking, private bath with tub, and a dishwasher. I'm looking for a roommate(s) now to be able to save more money while still living in a great place. I really want a respectful, friendly, drama-free, and clean home life for both of us.
