I'm looking to fill the second bedroom in my 2 bed/1 bath apartment in West LA, just south of Brentwood and right outside of Santa Monica starting March 1.

The apartment is fully furnished (aside from the bedroom) and is in walking distance to bars, restaurants, etc. Has brand new laundry on site and comes with free parking.

About me: I'm 28 year old, single and work at an entertainment company. Love to volunteer with local dog rescues, hike, hit the beach, brunch, drink wine and most importantly I have two adorable dogs who you will be sharing the apartment with too!

Looking for: Someone ages 24-35, open to any gender, someone with reliable job and clean. Not a huge partier but i'm totally OK with having people over! I want someone who is fun and liked to go get drinks after work / on the weekends and hangout. Hoping we can have our own lives but enjoy each others company.
