Must see room in a must see apartment right across from Tompkins Square Park at 10th St and Ave A.
The room is on the first floor of a 2 story, 3 bed, 1.5 bath apartment and has a private roof deck with unreal 360 degree views of the city. The 2 floor layout makes it truly feel like you have your own 1 floor apartment with your own bathroom.

Room available starting June 15th (flexible) in large 2 story top floor 3 bd/1.5 bath duplex, with exposed brick throughout + private roof deck, 2nd private balcony, shared courtyard, and 360 views of the city. On a quiet street right by Tompkins Square Park at 10th and Ave A. 7-10 min walk to L, F, 6, R, N. 2 chill roommates with steady jobs.
Lease take over starting November 1 (current roommates will be extending leasing through 2021). I'm only moving out because I'm moving into a my own 1 bdrm a few blocks away.
The room... Giant 12' x 11' room with 2 large windows and closets. Can fit a king sized bed + desk/dresser. Great sunlight through north facing windows. Exposed brick and decorative fireplace.
Your room is on the 1st floor of apt with the living room, eat in kitchen, and full bath. Basically you feel like you've got your own floor through apartment - dope.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms rooms, a half bath, and our private furnished roof deck. 360 views of the city. Check out the pics.
