Hello! I am a 26 year old female looking to fill my furnished room in the East Village. Move in date is flexible between end of May-end June throughout August 15th, with the opportunity to potentially resign for a year.The building has a part-time doorman (Monday-Friday), a live in super, beautiful furnished rooftop, garden courtyard, a gym, laundry room and elevator.

The building is a beautiful, luxury building located in the East Village close to restaurants such as Poco, Root and Bone, Supper, Fonda and Boulton and Watt. Other close by attractions are Equinox, Trader Joe's and Marshalls.

The bedroom will be available as fully furnished, but happy to also move my furniture out for you. You would be accompanying my two female 26 year old roommates (who are great!). One works at Viacom, while the other works at American Express. The bedroom has exposed brick and features almost floor to ceiling windows and an ac/heat unit in the room. It can comfortably fit a full bed (already there) or a queen bed if you chose to bring your own furniture. You also have a large closet located in the common space.

The apartment itself has 2 large bathrooms with bathroom storage, you would share one of the bathrooms with one of my roommates. The living space has a couch, TV, kitchen table and brand new appliances (including a dishwasher).

I am sad to leave the apartment (I am moving in with my boyfriend) and only have the best things to say about the area/building and my roommates. Please let me know if you have any questions!
