Roommate would be responsible for a combined monthly payment of $750. This includes rent and utilities as will my portion. I pay Wifi in which roommate will have access. Private room, walk in closet. My 3rd bedroom can be used for children, storage space or a 3rd roommate. The main bathroom would be shared with roommate and their guests. Full access to kitchen. Shared refrigerator, and large Pantry. Roommate would need to park in visitors parking. And must be ok with not being on lease. Key will be provided. Looking for move in for December 1st.
