Hello beautiful people!

I recently got a job offer working at a charter school in the Bronx! I'm looking to live somewhere on the West side of Manhattan for commuting purposes. I prefer the UWS area but am definitely open to areas further south like Midtown West, Hell's Kitchen, and Chelsea. My max budget is $1500 but I'd love to pay less than that if possible!

I'm 24 and graduated from the University of Alabama in 2019. Due to my work schedule, I will be taking it easy during the week, but I'm always down for a workout class or wine night. This is my first time living in the city, so I'm looking for a roommate who wants to be friends and explore the city together! I'll probably be going out on the weekends, but I won't bring the party home with me. I'd love to find someone who is down to go out and grab drinks together!

Even though I'm extroverted I do need my alone/recharge time. I value open communication and will make sure to keep common areas super clean and picked up - but I expect the same in return! I've lived with roommates all my life and have never had problems. Most of my roommates have ended up being some of my very best friends.
