Hey all,

Looking for someone to sign on a lease as soon as possible for an August 1st move in. The room is $2,500 and the space and amenities are definitely worth it. Details about the place:

Address: 13 st marks place (east village near noho border). Super cute, fun, trendy
Niche rating: A+ for outdoor activity, health and fitness, nightlife.
Management company: Gioia Management. They are pet friendly and so am I!
Your room: HUGE 12’ 2’’ by 10’ 7’’. The room is bright and airy and overlooks a tree-lined street with 2 large south facing windows. It has a deep, hidden closet, making the effective room space much larger. There is more than enough room for a queen bed, a desk, a dresser, and then some.
The rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, so we would not disturb each other.
Newly installed in unit washer/dryer!!!
It has an actual kitchen with tons of cabinet space. I also come fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and dining ware.
I also have living room furniture, so you would need to only furnish your own room (but of course I am open to decorating shared space together )
The apartment will be renovated and freshened up over July. It is 430 sq feet excluding the closets and passageway.
Transport and walkability: There are 2 major subway lines just a block away. Trader Joe’s is only a 10 minute walk from it
