NYC/NJ People! I need roommates to help pay the bills. Monthly costs are $200-small $370 medium, $400 large, internet and water included. We all split electric/gas $40-$50
House is in Newark a 10 minute walk from Broad St station. 20 minute train ride to nyc Penn station when it's not bugging lol.
Once full it'll be 4 people sharing kitchen, and 1 full bath, and 1 half bath.
It's quiet here, next to branchbrook Park. Big back yard.
The furniture can be used or taken away. Happy to move stuff between rooms also etc.
