Hello, my name is Sebastian. I am a male from Southern California and I’m looking for a furnished room as I’ll be starting at Portland Community College in late June for environmental science.

Outside of school, I would say that I am interested in establishing myself in the Portland community and growing closer with new people and friends I already have in the area. I’m currently in the process of securing employment and expect to have a job lined up by the time I move in, I mainly need to finalize housing first so I can confirm location and availability with employers. I am a calm, flexible and understanding person who values responsibility and kindness, especially towards those I live with. Keeping shared-spaces and home environments clean is something I do naturally.

In my free time I enjoy cooking, sewing, and other creative “grandma” hobbies, which I actually really enjoy sharing with others. I’m easygoing, flexible, and considerate of the people I live with, and I appreciate a home that’s quiet, comfortable, and respectful.

I am flexible on a move-in date as long as it is before PCC summer classes begin on the 22nd of June. Since I’m currently in California, I’m not able to attend an in-person viewing right away, but I’m happy to do a video call, provide any additional information, or go through whatever screening process you prefer.
