One person please no couples, the apartment is just the right size for two people any more and it’s too crowded.

Electricity: Fluctuates by month but lowest is $50-$110 a month, $25-$55 split.

Total monthly expenses per roommate ≈$930-$950 depending on electricity

My Roommate is looking to move out this summer and I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to me. I’m an early morning person; I’m in bed by 8:40pm as I’m up for work at 6am. I love to bake and need someone who’s equally clean in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry closet. My cat is anxious and would stay out of your way for months before warming up to you.
