I'm a quiet, generally friendly, sometimes keep to myself person. I love to cook (especially for other people) and entertain, and I love to spend time with people. I'm originally from Ohio so I have a midwestern streak or two in me. I'm not a clean freak, but I appreciate other's spaces, etc. and work to be very mindful of common areas and keep them clean. I'm somewhat of an insomniac at times but always quiet. I read, spend time with friends, but don't watch much tv (only watch older shows).

I'm a lawyer and have just started a practice with a friend. I'd like to think I'm not a "typical lawyer" because I try to "turn it off" when I'm not at work. I'm a gay male with a partner of nearly 20 years. He lives in Canada and is a PhD student. I'm away visiting him often. I have two cats who are both rescues. One is about 12, the other is about 5.

I work quite a bit and getting back to playing hockey 1-3 times per week.
