Hi! My name is Bobby. I grew up in NY, and after a few years in California have moved back to work in film production. When I'm working, the hours are long and I'm away from home much of the time. When I'm home I am very respectful of the people I live with and our shared space. I value a generally clean place on the quieter side (you won't find loud parties here) to relax after long days out in the wilderness of NYC. I appreciate living with people who are friendly, easygoing, and flexible to join a small apartment that's incredibly affordable, welcoming, and with convenient access to this great neighborhood and beyond.
