Hello! I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed, 1 bathroom duplex in Columbia Heights. The bedroom is sunny and it has a queen size bed, a dresser and a walk-in closet. Utilities include wi-fi. The building has no elevator and parking is off-street. It is located 0.7 miles to U st and Columbia Height metros, there is a bus stop within 1 block and Whole Foods is a short walk (0.3 miles).
