Hey Hey!

I am a woman in her late-twenties moving to DC in January 2022. I am looking for someone who I mesh with to lease a 2br/2ba apartment with an in-unit washer-dryer and a nice rooftop area(optional). My budget is $1600 including utilities.

A little about myself: I am a clean freak especially in shared spaces. I am generally a homebody though I turn up sometimes. I love to host the occasional game nights or have friends over for chill sessions. Pre-pandemic, I enjoyed traveling and going to the theater and all the museum/art spaces DC has, visiting wineries, checking out new restaurants, yoga and dancing. I work full-time at a consulting firm and part-time as an interior decorator.
