Single guy looking for a new place after a chaotic year and a half in the COVID era. Had to move a year ago on short notice due to an unfortunate event and need a more stable environment now that I have a full time work from home gig. Looking for others in need of a similar situation in this obnoxiously overpriced housing market we find ourselves in. Currently in the Centreville area, have lived in South Riding previously, flexible on location due to nature of current job, but need to stay in VA. Current lease is up at the end of January, 2022, so have some flexibility.
