Cheers! Hoping for a chill person

We have a spacious room on the main floor. We are asking for $650 per month plus utilities which range from $75-$150 depending on the season. There is a $650 refundable security deposit. One neighbor across the hall and one neighbor below. The bathroom is shared only with the neighbor across the hall and the downstairs neighbor uses the shower. The other two neighbors are upstairs and have a private bathroom. The kitchen has two refrigerators, so only sharing with a total of three people. There is a washer and dryer on site. We are looking for a quite, clean, respectful adult with experience living in shared housing. Prefer a person in our age range. This is a great place to come home and rejuvenate and we all enjoy our individual interests while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
