Dog friendly for up to one dog (sorry no cats) provided your dog gets along with my dog. The house is $2500/month, plus 1/2 of utilities. You can have one room/private bathroom for $1,000 or 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom for $1,250. I am friendly, but generally quiet and while I would love to have company occasionally in the evenings, I respect your privacy and will generally keep to myself. Thanks for considering!
