I have been living at this property for a year, and have been around Portland for about 3 years attending Art College. I’m a night owl who is either doing something to relax like playing video games, watching anime, or working on a new project. I enjoy going out and hanging out with friends when I can but am pretty busy most of the time. The same is with cooking, I try to cook when I can but usually buy or make anything I can make out of convenience. I like being clean and doing my best to get to things when I can and am okay with making a chore board or something where one person cleans the bathroom on a specific week while someone is doing something the other week. The only other thing I’d like to highlight is in the private room there is a big closet that you can put your stuff in I do have some storage stuff in there like boxes and packaging but that’s it, besides I just try to be mindful of sound I also will do my due diligence, but especially if you in the front room because I don’t have a wall that blocks off the sound. I hope to be able to chill and be friends with whoever I end up finding.

Kearney Plaza
This is Kearney Plaza and I’m advertising a private room that exists in a one-bedroom apartment for thousand forty-five per month, which is a hundred more than the original base rent because it is a private bedroom. I have separated the front room in half so I can have my own room space. If one does not want to pay this extra charge the arrangement I am occupying is available but that means no private room. Dogs and cats are welcome but they are additional charges, I am unaware of the amount. The same situation is for the parking spot which is 175 per month. On top of rent, there are also utilities and internet which are paid separately from rent because they are provided through me. The apartment building holds events sometimes, has a reservable rooftop that has a fire pit, and a couple of grills, and the place is in a pretty alright neighborhood in downtown Portland. The apartment provides a dryer and washer in the bathroom. A stove, oven, dishwasher, and other kitchen utilities. There is also a balcony an Ac unit for the main room and a heater for the private room.
