I’m looking for a roommate in a two bedroom douplex I have been renting for 8 years, I am in one bedroom I need to rent the other one, there is only one bathroom, there is living room, dining room, front porch, backyard, kitchen, fridge, stove, washer and dryer the room is 12 by 11 feet , old style house small closet is recently painted, is closed to many businesses, 20 minutes to Downtown or Hollywood 15 minutes to LAX 10 minutes to the Forum Stadium, close to Culver City, Inglewood and USC.
