I’m looking for a room to rent. I’m 30, work full-time, and recently started a new job a few months ago. I’ve been staying with my girlfriend temporarily while getting settled, but I’m now ready to find my own place for long-term stability. I’m respectful, quiet, clean, and easy to get along with.

I’m hoping to find a quiet, safe environment with no drugs, smoking, or partying. Ideally, I’m looking for a place near my work in Santa Ana. I have steady income and can provide references if needed.
