Hi! I’m looking for a roommate in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Long Island City! Current roommate is moving out.

• Lease is for 1 year starting 8/10. I’m in the apartment now so I can be flexible if you’d like to move in sooner but lease would end 8/10/2023

• Rent is $1,970/month for the first 7 months, $2,000/month thereafter. This is essentially a continuation of a COVID deal with only a 1.5% price bump halfway through. It's a really good deal for a luxury building in a sea of 20%+ renewal offers in today’s market.

See pictures below of the room and bathroom, which has my current roommate’s belongings at the moment. Unit additionally has living room views of Midtown and Lower Manhattan (see below for pictures as well). Unit also gets a lot of natural light during the day. Room dimensions are 10’6” x 9’7”.

The building I’m in is 5Pointz and is brand new luxury building (~1 yr old). Location is super convenient and is across the street from a Trader Joe’s as well as steps from the Court Square-23rd St station (7, E, M, G trains). Train commute time into Midtown is <10 min for me during the week and easy access to the rest of Queens and Brooklyn. Also about a 10 min walk to the N, W, and R trains at Queens Plaza or Queensboro Plaza.
