We are looking for young professional to occupy available room for 12 month lease. Our 4 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment is located on the 26th floor in the Waterside Plaza apartment complex. The apartment features 360 views of Manhattan. Currently the apartment is rented by 3 females between the ages of 28-32. We are always on the run and rarely home. We are looking for someone with a stable income and a similar lifestyle. Cleanliness and organization is a must! No Pets.
