About Me

I’m Ida and I graduated from the University of Miami this past May. I have been working at Jersey City Medical Center in the ER as a Medical Scribe since then and will continue my career in medicine and healthcare at Cornell Medical PA program (the medical campus is in the city, not Ithaca!). Additionally, I am a certified EMT. Being 22 and a fresh grad, it is intimidating to some when it comes to roommates, but I have been told by every one I’ve met that I’m not like most 22 year olds. I will be in class or clinical at the hospital Mon-Fri 8am-7pm and then study either in the bedroom or at a cafe any other time outside of that (PA school has been described as drinking water from a firehose in terms of study material). Therefore, I will be too busy to have any drama and, frankly, an super social life outside of an occasional dinner or happy hour. I have a preventative approach to staying clean to prevent having to overkill on the cleaning i.e. wiping down everything in the kitchen after cooking, cleaning up mess right away to prevent build up, etc. I’m originally from NJ and am very familiar with NYC. My boyfriend lives in Jersey City, where I’m staying now, so some weekends I’ll be over there. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to meet. Thank you.
