I am a single mom and grandma who is going through an empty nest phase and is looking for someone to rent out a room on the other side of my house. The rent will cover internet, cable, utilities, and rent. You will have 2 bedrooms to utilize as your own and your own full bathroom. We will share the laundry room, living room, kitchen, and outdoor pool area. I keep to myself but I do love to cook. I work early and sleep early so I prefer someone with similar habits.
