I'm looking to fill my spare bedroom in my 2BR 2BA apartment. It's an average sized room with one window overlooking the lake. The room also has a walk-in closet with a lot of storage shelfs built into it. The bathroom is separate for the room but would completely be yours (as I also have my own bathroom). It has a pretty large sink area and a full tub with a lot of space for storage. The kitchen is pretty large with all new modern appliances and a decent amount of storage. The neighborhood itself is pretty nice and I haven't had any issues with noise from neighbors, the walls in the apartment are pretty thick so noise usually isn't an issue. There's a lake in the middle of the complex that is nice to walk and takes you straight to the clubhouse which includes the gym, pool, workspace, and leasing office. The mail and amazon drop box area is also right next to the clubhouse. There is options for covered parking if your interested in that it is just an extra charge. Overall I think the area is pretty chill and not to far from downtown, most college campuses, and is right next to a Walmart supercenter.
