I am a young professional working a hybrid job in downtown Austin. I prefer to be located near public transportation so I can commute downtown for work 2-3 days a week. The rest of the week I will need a quiet space to work within our apartment. I have a new kitten and I'd prefer that to be the only pet in our space. I will take full responsibility of the care of my pet. I am clean, organized, and am aware and respectful of others space, things, and sleep. I tend to be more of an early bird than a night owl, although I will spend the weekends getting extra sleep.

I've had several positive roommate experiences throughout college and appreciate having someone to talk with after work. I have basic kitchen furnishings (dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc.) that can be shared between us and I will also be bringing basic living room furnishings. I will be looking for an apartment with in-unit laundry facilities.

I'm looking for a roommate who would like to find an apartment together near public transportation options. I don't care for smoking of any kind or drugs in my home, and while I'm okay with having a few friends over for more casual hangouts, I don't like for my space to be used to host parties every weekend.
