I’ve been living in LA for about 4 years now. I hold a steady job and work out of el Segundo. I’m very easygoing and friendly, and typically keep myself busy with several hobbies and goals outside of work (art, guitar, studying for GRE, learning new languages, etc, etc).

My old roommate is moving out in March and I am looking for someone to fill her spot. It’s the master bedroom in a beautiful and spacious 2 bed 2bath apartment just 10 min from Venice beach. There are plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and a mitsuwa and Trader Joe’s nearby. The room will be 1800/month, water and trash are covered by the property, but we are responsible for internet and gas/electric (typically less than 100 per person per month).
