Common space is fully furnished and includes combined dining/living room with tv, kitchen with brand new stove and refrigerator, laundry room with brand new high efficiency washer and dryer, and shared bathroom. Unit had access to large shared backyard with tables, garden and hammock.
Unit comes with resident parking pass as well as one visitor parking pass included.
Utilities not included in rent but internet, gas and power are approximately $65/mon.
No animals allowed in unit. Backyard is shared with 2 small dogs. Owner will not allow any additional pets on property - no exceptions.
