We're a little family of three just moved to here in SoCal.
Looking for long-term housing in Irvine, Costa Mesa, and Newport Beach area.
Move in date can be ASAP or no later than September 10th.

Budget is around 1000-1200+utilities
Prefer a bedroom with private bathroom and no pets in the house.

My husband works full-time. Likes to be close to the beach.
I take care of our baby daughter, enjoy cooking and knitting in my spare time.
Our baby girl will be 2 in September. She is very sweet and well behaved.
We have very simple life style and add value to the house.
