Louise C - $1,400/month

I am a 25 year old female professional moving from Atlanta to LA for a job with FOX Sports in Playa Vista and Century City. I will be moving the week of September 9th.

I have a very social career (I will produce digital content specifically for FOX Sports' on-air talent) and I am very devoted to it. I work very long, very social hours, so I treat my home as a place to relax and get away when I return from work. Therefore, I do not have people over often (really never besides maybe a friend having a drink at the house before dinner).

I love to socialize, but I do all of my socializing out of the house. I do not smoke or do any drugs. I love to be outside, go out for drinks, explore new restaurants, attend sporting events and will likely spend a lot of time by the water. I am originally from Seattle and during my three years in Atlanta I've really come to miss being near water!!

I am extremely clean in my shared spaces (I am guilty of having "that chair" in my room though!) and am happy to split responsibilities or hire a cleaner.
