I am a young professional looking for a roommate who I can welcome into my home. I just changes jobs and the drive has made me move closer to the OC, Inglewood to be exact. I love to be outdoors during the daytime and at night I am a home body with friends over for game night, movie night, or dinner and drinks. I believe that a roommate should be more than a passing nod in the hallways. You should be able to chat with them and interact with more than pleasantries. Hopefully a friendship can grow. Hello. I am looking for a female roommate, ages 22 - 30 to rent out the additional bedroom of a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Inglewood on the 2nd floor, beginning end of September (Sept 30th). New property located just south of LAX airport; Bell South Bay has all the amenities that you could need. Surprisingly there is no sound from the airport at all! Spacious room, with private bathroom, looking for minimum 6 months lease agreement. Large living room and kitchen with plenty of natural light. Hard wood floor in common areas with carpet in the bedrooms; AC throughout the apartment, double pane doors and windows. Non furnished bedroom / furnished living room and kitchen. Kitchen has all new appliances, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
The property has the following amenities that will be available to you and included in rent. Parking garage, with guests’ spots available, pool, hot tub, grilling areas, gym with semi-private room for fitness programs and trainers, trash pick-up, a common room for events and open hangout (available privatize). Also, includes a business center, mail room, and parcel pick up system. The apartment is located 10 minutes from LAX, great if you travel a lot. 20 minutes from Manhattan and Hermosa Beach for evening activities and week fun!
Quick notes: I am allergic to dogs and cats, so no pets please. (I know it stinks)
