My roommate got promoting so I am looking to find someone to take her spot in our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom East Village apartment. I work in sales and love to go out, brunch, explore and work out. I tend to stay in on the week days (except a few nights here and there) and go out on the weekends. I am quiet and respectful. I moved here 6 months ago and love it! I have 2 super cute kittens and I make sure that the apartment is clean and tidy. They sleep in my room at night so they will not wake you up. The lease is up in January with the option to renew!

My roommate got promoted and has to move so we are looking to fill her room! We are located in the East Village close to grocery stores, laundry, bars, restaurants and so much more. The room is large with enough space to fit a King bed. A full is shown in pictures. It has a closet and storage space and can fit a large dresser, desk, vanity and shelving unit. It can come unfurnished or my roommate can sell you furniture already in there if you like it. I have two kittens (3 months old super cute). We have a shower/tub combo, dishwasher, oven, microwave, full size fridge and dining table. The lease is up in January with the option to renew. I am in sales and work regular business hours and am clean and respectful.
