Looking to rent a bedroom, with a private bathroom. All common areas are fully furnished with Wi-fi and all utilities are included. Minutes away from Otay Ranch Town Mall, Walmart, Von’s, southwestern college, costco, Naval base 32nd street and 805 freeway.
Residents have access to Montecito’s Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Tennis, Basketball, Bocce Ball, BBQs, this will be shared access.

You will have your own private room approx 11x11 with a private bathroom and closet, plenty of street parking.
No couples, no Guest overnight stays.
Preferably military and students but open to all. Must have full time job and guaranteed source/proof of income. No drama, no past criminal history, no smoking, drugs, excessive alcohol use or pets. We are pet friendly but we already have 2 dogs.
This is a quiet community. You will have shared access to pool and fitness center in Montecito Community.
